  • Assess the situation, Call 000 and a snake catcher, DO not try and kill it or catch it yourself!
  • Remain calm, apply a compression bandage to cover the whole limb, put a X on the bite site over the bandage with a estimate time of bite
  • Try and relax, keeping as still as possible until the ambulance arrive.
